One of the most common questions I receive from clients abroad is: "Can I buy a Phase 10 file
without coming to Pakistan?" The short answer is yes — and it's more straightforward than
most people expect.
Here is exactly how it works:
Step 1 — Power of Attorney (POA)
You appoint a trusted person in Pakistan as your attorney. This person acts on your behalf
for the transfer. The POA must be signed in Pakistan or attested by the Pakistani Embassy
in your country of residence.
Step 2 — Document Checklist (Your Side)
Original CNIC (Pakistani ID) | CNIC copy | POA document | Passport copy (for overseas)
Step 3 — The Transfer
Your attorney and the seller appear at DHA office. Transfer fee is paid. The new file in
your name is typically issued within a few working days.
I have handled this process for clients in the UK, UAE, Canada, and KSA. If you'd like
a step-by-step walkthrough specific to your country and situation — reach out on WhatsApp.
